Getting there: 
There is a layby just before you reach the top of the hill going from Mercadel towards Alaior. The layby is on the left and signposted as a scenic spot.
About the spot: 

This is a great tourist attraction - a rock with the profile of an Indian. Brilliant! The layby, that has been built especially for viewing the rock, is pretty enormous and has benches from which to admire the profile. Getting a seat should be easy at most times...

Watch out for!: 

The left turn into the layby is pretty dangerous, making this quite a risky trip.
